![]() On the ninth when I checked tracking it was not on delivery. The other indicating a phone call night before to give time. Received two notices on 9/7, one giving instructions for preparation for delivery. On 8/25, received notice that delivery had been rescheduled to 9/9. I bought and paid for a GE dishwasher 7/27 at the Carrollton store. Are we ever going to get our washer and dryer, do they even exist? Or do we need to go to Lowes or Best Buy? Also we have spent over a hundred dollars, in quarters, at said laundry mat. Not to mention the time that I have had to sit in a filthy laundromat watching the people who live in their cars smoke pot while waiting for their laundry to dry. We have spent countless hours waiting for the delivery and had to shuffle our schedules three, now four times. I am getting the run around and am being lied to. I called the dot com number and, after a very long time on hold, I was told that the delivery company said that Maytag had not sent the appliances to them yet, even though I was told what truck number and stop they were on, by you, that morning. ![]() We were amazed at their psychic ability since they knew the truck was loaded even though they couldn’t contact the delivery company. When my wife asked about Tuesday, they said that the truck was already loaded. We called the store and were told that they couldn’t get a hold of the delivery people and would reschedule for Wednesday the 30th. Our time came and went and, again, absolutely NO communication from the delivery company or Home depot. I called and got the time and they even told me what truck and what stop number I was. I did not get a time window so I called the dot.com number and was told that I had to call back in the morning to get my time window. ![]() I had to call the local store and the dot.com number and they said that our set didn’t get on the truck and would be delivered on Monday the 28th. We received our window and waited but no delivery and absolutely no communication from Home Depot or the delivery company. When it arrived the washer was dented beyond repair so they rescheduled delivery for a new set on 11-25. On November 3, we purchased a new washer and dryer order #H4034-192255. ![]()
